Tips
Switching Caps Lock and Ctrl keys
For the those unrepetant Emacs users and others who like having
their Ctrl key next to the 'A' key, and are running a Microsoft
OS, there is software available from Microsoft to allow you to
swap these keys.

For those using Windows 9x, you can download the
Kernel Toys
package and use the Keyboard Remap utility to switch them.

For those using Windows NT, Gordon Chaffee has packaged a set of
files
and some instructions that will provide the same feature for Windows NT 4.0.
